Membership.
At Hosea Church, we believe all Christians are called to devote themselves to a local church in order to grow in spiritual maturity and contribute to the making of disciples of all nations (Acts 2:42-47; Eph. 4:11-14; Matt. 28:19-20).
A Christian becomes a true “member” of the greater body of Christ upon true salvation, which is not determined by men (1 Cor 12:12-13). However, becoming a known member at a local church allows for Christians to effectively function as a part of the body and live out their devotion to God in a clear and tangible way (1 Cor 12:14-27). We desire to be a church full of members who are growing in unity and count one another as more significant than themselves (Phil. 2:1-4).
How does one become a member at Hosea?
1. Start coming to our Sunday Services and experience what our local church is like.
2. Attend our Membership Series classes (see below).

4. Review and complete the Membership Commitment Form.
5. Meet with a Pastor to discuss what Jesus has done in your life and why you desire membership (see interest form below).
6. Be approved for membership.
